This pack contains a regular serve freeze dried breakfast consisting of Wheat Flakes & Fruit Salad. Dinner is a regular serve freeze dried Thai Chicken Curry with Rice. The breakfast may be prepared with hot or cold water depending on preference. Dinner required hot water for preparation. Lunch is fully ready to eat on the go and requires no preparation. Lunch consists of shelf stable Mexican Beef wrap and a shelf stable Apple Turnover. The pack includes trail snacks, hot and cold drink sachets and a sachet of whole milk powder.
